Johnson County Emergency Management and Homeland Security (JCEMHS) welcomes you to the County Emergency Operations (CEOP) Plan Resource Center. This Resource Center will serve as the center piece for CEOP information and news. Currently, the plan is under an intensive update process. Therefore, the resource center will serve as a planning tool for CEOP information and updates on the current progress. Each Emergency Support Function (ESF) will have its own working group during the update. These groups will be able to access each workgroup they are on or interested in by following the links on the left. For more information on this process, please follow the annex box to the ESF Guide.
